Responsibilities:
• Management of incoming calls, email and chat.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
• Native / near native in languages required (French,German,Italian Spanish,English and Dutch)
• Excellent command in English
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Language skills (production language + English level):
Near Native in language + C1 english
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday 8 hours - working hours: 09:00 - 00:00. This can be modified upon the needs of the season and the requests of Airbnb. Shifts are flex, meaning day over day and week over week, shifts may vary.
Part Time:
PT is applicable
Working conditions (On site / Hybrid / Remote):
WFH is an option only after approvals of the OPS Manager after allignment with the client, training on site and remote depending on cirncumstances. Agent has to be on all KPIs on target for this request to be taken into consideration.
Only German and Dutch is permitted to WFH from the beggining.
Training (duration + language spoken):
Monday - Friday (9.00-17.00) 10 days (in English).

- German 1300 € - Remote German 1200€
- Italian 1000€
