Payment Terminals & Acquiring Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Handling transactions and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments,..)
- Onboarding of new customers (B2B)
- Updating the merchants' information in our Data Base
Requirements
- Native or near native C2 of the required language
- English C1
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical mind to deal with complex financial inquiries
- Excellent communication skills oral and written
- Team-Player
- Strong PC handling skills and comfortable with multiple software usage
- Fast understanding and an ease of working with numbers and data
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Multitasker & target oriented
Language skills (production language + English level):
Native or near native C2 of the required language
English C1
Schedule:
2 shifts:
9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
10:30-18:30 Monday to Friday

3 weeks + 2 Nesting Weeks with 50% productivity expected
Salary
- French: 1000 €
- Dutch: 1350 €
- Polish: 1000 €
- Spanish: 1000 €
- English : 950 €
- German: 1300 €
