Customer Advisor in Greece

Details:

Customer support and sales (cross sales- up sales) - Sales orientation is really important and required / Full WFH / Training (2,5 Weeks) / Channels supported: ES-IT-NL-CZ/SK-PL-PT-GR (Voice, webchat)

Responsibilities:

• Management of incoming calls and email
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

• Native / near native in languages required
• Good command in English
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Sales experience with ability to generate revenue with sales and upsell during interactions

Language skills (production language + English level):

Native accent

Schedule:

Greek: Monday-Friday 8h-18h, Saturday 9h-17h
Italian: Monday-Friday 10h-22h, Saturday 10h-18h
Polish: Monday-Friday 9h-19h, Saturday 10h-18h
Portuguese: Monday-Friday 10h-20h
Czech/Slovak: Monday-Friday 9h-19h
Dutch: Monday-Friday 9h-22h

Working conditions (On site / Hybrid / Remote):

Training : FIM of 2.5 weeks at the office + plus Nesting period (3 weeks) at the office

• Following nesting period, WFH is temporarily approved meaning that at any given time the client could ask us to return to the office and the expectations should be set accordingly.
WFH is temporarily approved meaning that at any given time due to productivity or any other reason advisor can be asked to return to the office
WFH requirement: Dedicated space for WFH office
Internet requirements: Speedtest needed as per WH requirements (8 MBPS download, 4 MBPS upload)

Training (duration + language spoken):

Monday to Friday (12 days in English) + Academy (Nesting) is 3 weeks

Salary

  • French: 1000 €
  • Dutch: 1350 €
  • Czeck-Slovak: 1100 €
  • Italian: 1000 €
  • Spanish: 1000 €
  • English : 950 €
  • Greek: 850 €
