Sales Advisor in Greece

Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting into SME (Small & Medium Size Enterprises)
Present BP / Aral fuel cards and fleet solutions to the decision makers of the SME prospects via phone or other sensible channels
Provide additional detailed information about products and services to customers
Gather key data of the contacted prospects
Negotiate and conclude contracts for fuel cards
Manage the contract with the customer before handing it over to Customer Service Center and back office
Develop, manage, and communicate additional information or quotes to customers. Follow up on these to close the deal if a sale is not immediate
Develop strong professional relationships with customers
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort: Create appointments for the Field Sales Team for Key Accounts
Monitor competition and capture information to keep up with the various changes and developments to the business in the market

Requirements

Native or proficient level of German (C2) both verbal and written
Fluent in English language (at least C1) both verbal and written
Solid experience in B2B sales of least 2 years
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
Results oriented and highly organized with a self-starter attitude
A positive approach, self-motivated with a desire to succeed and achieve targets
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
PC literary – Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools"

Native in production language (C2), english B2/C1

Schedule:

8h per day incl. 40mins break
Mon-Thu: 9:00 - 18:00 (5 days a week in shift system)
UK: Mon-Thu: 10:00 - 18:00
Fr: 9:00 - 17:00

Salary

  • German: 1350 € gross/month
  • Dutch: 1300 € gross/month
  • English: 1000 € gross/month
