Technical Support Customer Advisor in Greece
Details:
To deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service via phone, email, chat and back office. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Management of incoming calls, chats, messages and emails
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Ask probing question to identify the technical issue faced by the end user and support with the troubelshooting steps needed.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
• Native / near native in languages required (Dutch and Greek)
• good command in English.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Language skills (production language + English level):
Native - Near Native written and spoken in all language
Schedule:
Ductch : Mon to Fri : 09:00 to 21:00.
Saturday 10:00- 19:00.
Greek: Mon to Fri : 10:00 to 18:00

Working conditions (On site / Hybrid / Remote):
Work from office.
WFH will be approved eventually. TBD
Training (duration + language spoken):
2 weeks 9:00 - 17:00
Salary
- Dutch: Remote 1250 € - Hybrid: 1350 €
- Greek : 850 €
